Our love for creating beautiful scents extends to your home with our brand, Lazy Dog Candle®, established in 2022. This line encompasses all our home fragrance delights, from exquisite candles to delightful soy melts. The name? It comes from a very special member of our family – Toshi, our adorable Boxer. One day, observing his relaxed demeanor, the name "Lazy Dog" struck us as a perfect fit, especially given our commitment to animal welfare and cruelty-free practices. You'll even see Toshi's charming face gracing our labels!

The Maker and the Team:
Two people keep things going. I'm Marc, the creative force, the "mad scientist" constantly developing new recipes for our soaps, lotions, scrubs, and more. With over 30 years as a Registered Nurse specializing in wound care, I bring a deep understanding of skin health to our formulations. Rest assured, every product is thoroughly tested on our human family members (including the pet care products), and even our pets get the second sniff (and application!) for their own dedicated items.
The other invaluable half of our team expertly will sometimes help with selecting the perfect fragrances for our products, meticulously wicking candle vessels, carefully packing your orders, and ensuring they are shipped out promptly.
